Our approach is firmly rooted in collaboration and we strongly believe in involving our clients, our team, and our suppliers in all our operations, working as a team to improve the communities where we work.
We involve our suppliers at every possible stage, for example project meetings, such as risk or operational reviews and take every opportunity to communicate and share best practice.
Our supply chain partners attend our annual business event providing an update on how the business has performed and the key areas and methods for improvement and we engage with them at roadshows and product demonstrations.
Our approach to supplier partnerships is based on teamwork and trust – we are able to overcome commercial constraints through joined up working and sharing innovation.
Last year we formed a ‘Building a Better Community Team’ to improve our relationships with our customers, suppliers, employees and the local communities through better perception, understanding and involvement. The team encourages contributions and suggestions from all stakeholders for ways in which we can strengthen our relationships.
“JPCS has a good understanding of the needs of its external stakeholders based, in part, on the close relationship with key customers and suppliers.”
