JPCS group was formed in May 1993 to design and install proprietary surfacing materials to footways and minor carriageways nationwide. JPCS has developed specialist slurries, microasphalts and surfacings designed to treat all surface conditions, as well as skilled Civils crews and weed control crews and a growing Signs manufacturing & erection company.

JPCS achieved the ISO9002 Quality Assurance Certification in June 1995, ISO9001 Accreditation in November 1997, ISO 14001 Environmental Management system in August 2000 and OHSAS 18001 Health and Safety Management system in July 2002. The business was first recognised as an Investor in People in 1997.
 
The business is based in Malpas. Cheshire, and currently employs 75 staff. The business has experienced many changes over the last 3 years with the introduction of a new management structure, improved business planning and revisions to many of its key systems and processes. We continue to develop our footway maintenance expertise and have added JPCS Signs, JPCS Asphalt Solutions and JPCS Weed Control to JPCS Group.
