About JPCS > How We Work

CSR and Customer Care Programmes

We are market leaders within our sector in demonstrating a focus on environmental issues and sustainability.  Our commitment to people and the environment is rooted in our dynamic Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme.

Other examples of positive action to minimise our environment impact include:

  • Recycled rubber crumb and concrete dust inclusion in our footway micro asphalts
  • Groundscrew® Installations
  • Installation of Photovoltaics
  • Signs Decluttering
  • Fleet of efficient vehicles, with reduced CO² emissions
  • Recycling technology in our product range and supply chain
  • Spoil recycling
  • Working with clients to reduce paper use, for example the development of our client online portal
  • Company-wide recycling and waste minimisation schemes

In addition to our commitment to sustainability,  we are passionate about our customers and about delivering an exceptional level of service at all times.  This dedication is reflected throughout our organisation, in our management systems, processes and accreditations across the spectrum of our work.

R&D programmes

JPCS is committed to research and development, and to "engineer with engineers" to develop new products and systems for the benefit of the industry and our customers.

We create the difference to sustain our environment with our clients, our team, our suppliers.  Innovation is at the heart of our operations: JPCS design footway maintenance products through a Footway Management System (FMS), developing more efficient and sustainable methods for delivering our core and extended services.

Interactive working and technology

Our dedication to delivering exceptional service has led to the development of our client facing online portal, "The Link".  "The Link" provides access to information on quotes, Health and Safety,  Key Performance Indicators, site information (including images), resident feedback and recycling information.

Advantages of using an online system include reduced administration, duplication and waste as well as creating efficiences, such as access to real time information.
