JPCS Limited was formed in May 1993 to design Proprietary surfacings for footways and minor carriageways nationwide. JPCS has developed specialist slurries and microasphalts designed to treat all surface conditions, as well as skilled Civils crews and a growing Signs manufacturing & erection company.

JPCS has achieved the ISO9002 Quality

Assurance Certification in June 2005, in June 1995, ISO9001  Accreditation in November 1997, ISO 14001 Environmental Management system in August 2000 and OHSAS 18001 Health and Safety Management system in July 2002. The business was first recognised as an Investors in People in 1997

The business is based in Malpas. Cheshire, and currently employs 75 staff. The business has experienced many changes over the last 3 years with the introduction of a new management structure, improved business planning and revisions to many of its key systems and processes. We are footway maintenance experts and are the market leader in our sector.
