JPCS began their Excellence journey four years ago and are delighted to announce the award of being ‘’Recognised for Excellence’’.  This follows an independent assessment of JPCS against the 2010 EFQM Excellence model.

“I have recently had the pleasure of assessing JPCS against the EFQM Excellence Model framework. Having achieved Committed to Excellence two years ago it was easy to see that JPCS have not rested on their laurels but worked hard to progress along the path of Excellence. There is a real focus on customers and ensuring each customer has a tailored experience that meets their particular needs; value adding partnerships are sought and nurtured and staff are engaged and motivated to look for ongoing improvement and the introduction of innovative products to the market is a clear indicator of the success of this. Finally, the leadership team is clearly dedicated to creating and sustaining a culture of Excellence. I wish them well on their continued journey and congratulate them on achieving Recognised for Excellence.”
