JPCS is a family owned company, who specialise nationally in waterproofing tarmac and have been market leaders in their field for over 22 years.

We are looking for ambitious people to join us on our Apprentice and Graduate Schemes to grow with the company and help promote our ‘Rejuvo’ brand. The right candidates will become key members that hold JPCS together through the promotion of our ‘Magic Grit’, the core product that ensures we remain the market leaders in our field.

Previous work experience in a similar industry would be advantageous. However, as full training will be provided, JPCS are dedicated to finding the right candidates with the skills to develop into a role that suits their interests and personality, and align it with business strategy.

Location: Malpas, Cheshire

Becoming a Rejuvo Keeper

You will work towards the promotion of our objective to be the best at waterproofing tarmac, as well as being required to advocate the company’s strapline, ‘Amazing Experience, Amazing People’, which is at the core of everything we do. JPCS will provide the resources required to assist you in achieving your maximum potential, as well as receiving support from our “Rejuvo Helpline” Team. We pride ourselves on being accountable to our customers, responsive and trusted, and wish to recruit more individuals with the same traits.

Associate – People Support Apprentice/Graduate 

Responsibilities

  • Programming
  • Answer telephone/front of office support
  • Accommodation booking
  • Provide support with material and hire orders
  • Assist with order requisitions for stores
  • Data entry for our BBA compliance

Personal Specification

  • IT literate
  • Excellent literacy and numeracy
  • Outgoing personality
  • Educated to a college level or above
  • Desirable to have had administrative experience
  • Methodical worker.

Technical Apprentice/Graduate

Responsibilities

  •  Quality control on site
  • Complaint resolution
  • Travelling nationally to sites
  • Progress Rejuvopatch product for wider use
  • Develop Safethaw product to be used all year round

Personal Specification

  •  IT Literate
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Educated to  College level or above

I.T. Apprentice/Graduate (12 Month Placement)

Responsibilities

  • Progress our ‘Rejuvo Link’ handheld system, used for site surveying/ DRS      information/ Health and Safety information,
  • Improve our programming and communication with clients through the daily diary, mobile hardware and software support
  • Create and maintain sustainable reports and processes for all departments
  • Manage the network and IT systems within the office
  • Provide IT and administrative support within the commercial and finance departments

Personal Specification

  • SQL Database knowledge
  • Advanced Excel reporting – formulas/pivot tables/look ups/conditional formats/etc
  • Server Database Knowledge – creating reports and exporting data from a live database
  • Visual Basic – Creating Macros for reporting functions
  • Educated to College level or above

Commercial/Sales Co-Ordinator Apprentice/Graduate

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales and tender opportunities
  • Telephone work/ direct sales
  • Chase for feedback from customers on tenders submitted
  • Maintain comprehensive contract files
  • Assist in the maintenance of accurate cost sheets
  • Monitor specific contracts that are identified as areas needing improvement

Personal Specification

  • IT Literate
  • Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
  • Educated to a college level or above
  • HND in construction desirable
  • Persistent and confident personality.
