Jenny Neville, Director

Jenny Neville has over 10 years business development and marketing experience, with 6 years experience in the construction industry and 4 years as a board director. In 2008, at just 27, Jenny was the youngest director appointed to the board at previous company PH Jones (acquired by British Gas in April 2011). At PH Jones Jenny played an integral part in growing the business from £30mn to £80mn turnover and from 500 to 1200 staff in 5 years. Jenny’s key strengths include corporate strategy, identifying key opportunities for growth, business improvement, understanding clients and designing the business around their needs, as well as public sector tendering and customer care.

At JPCS since 2011, Jenny oversees the communications strategy, as well as the process and approach for the generation of both new business and the development of existing services. In addition, Jenny is responsible for internal operations, continuous improvement and integrating business functions to provide a more efficient and responsive service. A lively personality and passionate about people and delivering honest and reliable services, Jenny regularly engages with customers, clients and staff to enable meaningful business improvement.

A keen sportsperson, Jenny has survived a number of marathons, plays regional hockey and is currently in the second year of an MBA.
