JPCS celebrates 16 years of Investors in People with re-award

Accreditations

National highways maintenance company JPCS has been re-awarded Investors in People accreditation, following an assessment carried out last month, based entirely on staff interviews.

JPCS was one of the first highways maintenance and civil engineering companies in the UK to gain Investors in People status. The company  was first awarded this prestigious recognition back in 1996, just three years from its founding in 1993.

JPCS Managing Director Peter Shone, said:

“We have been successfully re-awarded Investors in People status five times, demonstrating our commitment to our people and continuous improvement. I am very proud of this achievement and of our talented employees, who are fundamental to the success of the business. The continued recognition we have received over the last 16 years is a testimony to our vision, values and strong teamwork approach.”

JPCS has also been recommended by the assessors to feature in a case study as an example of best practice.

As well as highways maintenance, JPCS also delivers wider highways, rail and energy services nationwide, through value engineering and value for money services, incorporating consultancy, design, construction, maintenance and refurbishment.
